Kirkkonummi Factory

In our Kirkkonummi factory we produce all our electrotechnical products. Customised sections according to customers´ requirements and standard profiles are designed, extruded and surface treated, if required, in our Pikkala, Kirkkonummi factory. We have concentrated the manufacturing know-how of long profiles to Pikkala, Kirkkonummi. We manufacture extruded aluminium sections to components by cutting, bending, welding, punching and CNC-machining.

In our Kirkkonummi factory we also have our foundry, die shop, three profile extrusion lines and manufacturing shop including assembly facilities. We have three surface treatment facilities: anodising, powder coating and DECORAL decorative coating.

Nivala Factory

Our Nivala factory is specialised in high-speed precision machining, e.g. RF-filter housings for the telecommunication industry. We have three FMS-lines with 25 high-speed CNC-machining centers. The machining know-how of traditional and high performance heat sinks has also been concentrated in our Nivala factory.

In addition to machining, our production facilities contain the surface coating possibilities, computerised 3-D measuring equipment for quality control and manual lines for sub-assemblies. We believe that in the long run both we and our customers win, if the products are easy and quick to produce. Therefore, our designers are pleased to place their know-how at our customers´ service.
