Correction on the stock exchange release on September 28, 2009

Nordic Aluminium stock exchange release from September 28, 2009 regarding
employee negotiations, the effects on number of employees was incorrect. The
correct number is approximately 51 employees.


NORDIC ALUMINIUM PLC'S EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS

Nordic Aluminium Plc will start employee negotiations in compliance with the
Act on Cooperation. These negotiations will be held to adapt the Company's
operations to the current market situation and in addition operations
reorganization and partial outsourcing.

The possible effects for the employees due to reorganization of the operation
are approximately 31 employees. These negotiations will affect all personnel
groups, and will start on October 5, 2009.
