GLOBAL control plus system
The GLOBAL control plus system allows control of individual light fittings or groups of fittings. This kind of lighting is particularly suitable for special exhibitions, in museums for example, where different kinds of atmosphere are created with lighting.
GLOBAL control plus datatrack is based on the GLOBAL pro system. Three control wires have been added to the three-circuit track. The control wires transfer the datasignal to the fitting. The conductors in the GAC 100 adapter transmit the signal from the track to the fixture. The fitting requires an integrated converter card to enable it to receive the signal. The converter card reads and recognises the signal leading to the desired function.
Our datatrack is EMC tested and it carries e.g. LON and DMX signals. LON is a registered trademark of Echelon Corporation.
GLOBAL control plus is used as a part of data-controlled lighting to carry the control signal.
The GLOBAL control plus system is now approved by Fimko (FI) and UL (USA).
