SYSTEMAL cable ladder series
The SYSTEMAL cable ladder system is based on a simple and functional design that requires very few fittings. The standard length of the ladders is 6 m and rung spacing 300 mm. SYSTEMAL can be modified for special uses according to the customer's requirements.
SYSTEMAL series 0
These ladders are designed to support light cable loads over short spans. The LH 0 ladder series is manufactured in widths of 200 and 300 mm and the NH 0 series in widths of 200 - 600 mm. The same fittings and accessories are used for both the LH 0 and the NH 0 series. For 0 series ladders we recommend centre and wall support systems.
SYSTEMAL series 1 (DNV)
These ladders are designed to support a wide variety of cable loads with maximum spans of 5 m. Wide ladders (400 - 600 mm) have a stronger edge section than narrow ones. The loading capacity of wide ladders is therefore higher than that of narrow ones. Centre, wall and gate support systems are recommended for series 1 ladders.
SYSTEMAL series 4 (DNV)
Series 4 ladders are designed for demanding industrial applications. They can carry heavy cable loads with long spans up to 10 m. For series 4 ladders suitable support systems are heavy gate and suspension rail support systems and heavy wall supports.
SYSTEMAL series 5 (DNV)
Series 5 ladders are designed for very demanding conditions. The series 5 meets the NEMA VE 1-1991 load/span class 20 C requirements (load 148,8 kg/m at a span of 6,09 meters) and the series 5 is compatible with the series 4 ladders and accessories.
